Co-Creators

What happens when a desi, culturally muslim third culture kid (TCK) teams up with a white queer kid who came of age in the '90s?

A new brand of Queer-TCK magic that nurtures teams and individuals to get real about equity, embody liberation, and co-create new ways of being and doing that they hadn't yet dreamed possible.

Mona Khan (she, her, hers)

Social Identity Coaching Lab Co-Creator

I am a leadership and equity coach who worked for many years in human rights philanthropy and international public health. I identify as cis-female, GenX, a Third Culture Kid, culturally Muslim, and Desi (South Asian); a carrier of heterosexual and skin color privilege. According to my dad, I was born with an “instant protest kit.” At the core, I co-create spaces of community & co-conspiracy for equity, belonging and transformation; where folx can build trust, be present in their full human, and amplify the wisdom across multiple perspectives. As a coach, I fiercely protect the space in which a client can find and inhabit their voice and co-conspire with them to cultivate resilience and stand in their power. Peter Godard (he, him, his)

Social Identity Coaching Lab Co-Creator

I am a leadership and equity coach who worked for many years as a leader in the U.S. K-12 education system. I identify as a white man, queer, and part of Generation X. From my farmer lineage, I have inherited an intuitive streak; the ability to grow a delicious tomato; unearned privilege; and a commitment to justice. I am a cultivator of joy, queer magic, and co-conspiracy for equity & justice. I co-create spaces where stillness, joy, and play lead well-regulated nervous systems, curiosity about multiple perspectives, and brave & specific communication. As a coach, I am a co-conspirator for joyful self-definition, individual transformation, and rest. I invite you to learn more about me by reading my full bio.
